Monica Slomski is an organist at Zion Lutheran Church in Orange, CT. She received a Doctor of Musical Arts, Masters of Music Theory and Masters in Music degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education from the University of Bridgeport, and an Masters of Science in Library Service from Columbia University. She was previously organist at Ansonia Congregational Church for 10 years. Monica wrote a bio-bibliography on Paul Creston (one of the most widely performed American composers) which was published by Greenwood Press in 1994.
