A concert of Halloween-themed and Broadway musical pieces featuring the mighty pipe organ, amazing choral ensembles, incredible musicians, a 1920’s silent film, costume contest with prizes, reception.
Tom Trenney Choral Festival – First Church Congregational
An exciting rehearsal and public performance (same day) along with area singers and choirs in massed choir, conducted by the gifted and nationally recognized composer, organist, preacher and teacher, Tom Trenney. Music and lunch to be provided in this exciting event. RSVP required.
Annual Epiphany Party (think Mardi Gras this year) – Home of TBD
What would it be without an annual Greater Bridgeport AGO social event? Bring some music to play. Lots to eat, and a chance to toast the new year with fellow members.
Pedals Pipes Pizza – Orgelkids – St Matthew’s Episcopal Church, Wilton, CT
This event is for children ages 10 and above who are currently taking music lessons and would like to learn about the organ. This is a fun event where everyone gets to learn about and play the TWO organs (bring your piano music!) Participants will get an opportunity to build a small pipe organ that we then can play!
Annual Member Dinner and Scholarship Winner Recital
We are thrilled to have 2025 M. Louise Miller – Paul E. Knox Scholarship Competition Winner, XXX, join us to perform a short recital program at St. Theresa RC Church, Trumbull, followed by our annual social time and catered dinner at Ecco Wine Bar, Trumbull.
