Annual Dinner and program “Building a Stress Toolkit”

Who doesn't have stress in their job and can't use a few more tools to help. All members and clergy are welcome to the dinner and program that will be both educational and humorous. We welcome Orna Rawals, licensed marriage and family therapist and playwright. Our host is Dottie Cameron at Christ Church Episcopal, Stratford.

Who doesn’t have stress in their job and can’t use a few more tools to help. All members and clergy are welcome to the dinner and program that will be both educational and humorous. We welcome Orna Rawals, licensed marriage and family therapist and playwright.

Our host is Dottie Cameron at Christ Church Episcopal, Stratford. We’ll start with wine and cheese and give attendees a chance to socialize before a scrumptious dinner. After a short AGO Chapter business meeting, we’ll immediately get started with our program.

An RSVP is required for the dinner and program – $25/per person. Please contact Carole Fanslow by Wednesday, June 5 to make reservations. Checks should be made payable to Greater Bridgeport AGO and mailed to Carole at 31 Bridgeview Place, Stratford, CT 06614.

More About Orna

 

Orna Rawls, LMFT is a Stratford, CT-based licensed marriage and family therapist with over 30 years of working with individuals, couples and families in therapy, mediation and conflict resolution. In addition to lecturing widely both in the U.S. and abroad on management of emotions and conflicts, she has created and facilitated programs for single parents and step-families. Orna is a trained divorce coach and a member of the Collaborative Divorce Team of Connecticut.

Orna is the founder of Navigating Emotions. A skill-based, emotion education and healing workshop, Navigating Emotions focuses on emotions, lifestyle and energy as major contributors to health and well-being.
